Esther founded the school with a clear purpose: to raise the standard of caregiving in Washington State. As the Lead Trainer, she brings deep expertise in DSHS certification requirements and a genuine passion for equipping caregivers with the skills, confidence, and professionalism needed to truly serve their clients well.

Trainer & RN
Grace brings a perspective of a practicing RN to every classroom. Her clinical background allows her to bridge the gap between theory and real world caregiving, ensuring students leave not just certified, but truly prepared for the complex, compassionate work ahead.
Brilliant Concepts is a Washington State DSHS-authorized training provider. We offer certified caregiver courses in both in-person and online formats- flexible scheduling designed for working adults.
